Program Information - LPN to RN Bridge Track*
The LPN to RN Bridge Track is an approximately 15–month, full–time, day program that prepares LPN’s to become Registered Nurses. The program has both fall and spring start dates. Lutheran School of Nursing’s LPN to RN Bridge Track is designed for Licensed Practical Nurses who want to pursue a career as an RN.
